Clients must provide accurate information during booking, including location, service type, and timing. The client is responsible for ensuring access to the premises at the scheduled time. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

Our team performs all services with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism in line with industry standards. However, the company is not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues at the site.

Apex Facility Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule any service due to safety concerns, inappropriate working conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Any complaints or concerns regarding the service must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We reserve the right to review and respond accordingly.
